I have been a Miniatures Gamer for 25 years. I've been a modeler
for even longer. I have always thought that what makes our hobby
so unique and enjoyable included researching historically accurate
armies, organizing and painting those units and fighting battles on
detailed battlefields.
In recent years the quality of buildings and terrain has risen
dramatically. Some battlefields rival the best railroad layouts.
There are excellent figure painters available to gamers and super
terrain. However, I know of no one who can offer a gamer an
accurately researched and detailed ship model to compliment his
battles and provide the naval support for his scenarios. This is
what I want to do.
My goal is to produce exactly what the customer wants without him
having to take out a home equity loan. My ships are Custom built,
which means the Customer defines what he wants. I love to
research a new ship and design it. I would do this just for
my self but how many ships can one house hold?
I hold a Master Degree in History. I am a member of the Nautical
Research Guild, the Naval Institute, and HGMS. I attend Cold
Wars and Historicon routinely. If you want to meet and discuss a
